On 21 November 2005, the European Parliament delegation made courtesy calls on Mr Abdullah Tarmugi, Speaker of Parliament; Mr George Yeo, Minister for Foreign Affairs; and Mr Chan Soo Sen, Minister of State for Trade and Industry. The European Parliament delegation also met with Members of the Government Parliamentary Committee on Defence and Foreign Affairs at Parliament House. In addition, they were hosted to a luncheon by the European Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (EuroCham).

On 22 November 2005, the European Parliament delegation called on the Senior Minister, Mr Goh Chok Tong, at the Istana, and the delegation will be hosted to a lunch by Mr Raymond Lim Siang Keat, Second Minister for Foreign Affairs.
