Official Opening of the Delegation

On Wednesday 30 June 2004, Commissioner for External Relations, Chris Patten, and Minister Wong Kan Seng, Minister for Home Affairs and Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs, joined Vassilis Bontosoglou, the first Head of Delegation for Singapore to officially open the Delegation of the European Commission to Singapore. It marked a milestone in the European Union’s relations with Singapore.
